Very organized and quick. Good "can do" attitude of staff on my 1st walk in visit since moving into the area. Will be registering here for my health needs.

My bus was late to town so I was a little behind in time. I rushed down to boots with my boyfriend who was on crutches to have my blood test. My appointment was 9:50 but when we got there it was 9:53 so i thought i made it one time, i went to sign in at it said there was a problem. I went to the reception, one receptionists was serving a customer and two were at the back talking together about non work relative things. I was waiting there for ages but they wouldn't serve m. In the end it was the one who had a customer who served me, by this time it was 9:56 so i was later for my appointment. They told me I had to re book as they couldn't fit me in. But it wasn't my fault I was that late, it was the bus and the two receptionist that didn't serve me sooner. Not happy with the customer service.

I came here when my Nan had a bad fall. The receptionists were brilliant,they were very polite and caring,and helped her the best they could. The nurse practitioner was very nice and helpful,and she even managed to go in early. Would definitely recommend
